As long-term Orlando area residents, we have a list of businesses which we use. When a business consistently provides high value and does a good job, we try to recommend its service to our clients.
New residents to the central Florida area also find that a list of relevant governmental entities and school boards can be handy.
In addition, when we find a discount offered by one of our RE/MAX partners, we try to provide it as a resource for our clients.
Finally, there are a few web-sites which have interesting information or fun activities for the kids. We find that children are often overlooked in the house hunting and selling process, so we like to provide a few activities for them.
